THIS TRIP INCLUDES
Climbing is the activity of using one’s hands, feet, or any other part of the body to ascend a steep object. It is done recreationally, competitively, in trades that rely on it, and in emergency rescue and military operations. It is done indoors and out, on natural and manmade structures.

Our “Rock climbing for beginners” course takes place in a former safe house located in the Aurunci Park. Far away from the city chaos, immersed in a relaxing environment, our instructor will get you to know the climbing discipline.

The mini course includes:

Day 1:

– theory session (2 – 3 hours) on the climbing techniques
– lunch inside the structure “Casetta degli alberi” or outside in the pic nic area
– demonstrative session (3 – 4 hours) on a climbing wall

Day 2:

– practical session in the “Aurunci Park”on a natural rock face
