Wine tasting and visit to the vineyard

A fascinating experience, to get to know the mysterious route that transform a grape into an excellent wine.

THIS TRIP INCLUDES
The tour will begin in a farm based in Pescosolido, a small village on the border with the National Park of Lazio, Abruzzo, Molise.

The young owner of the farm, will show you around the vineyard where the grape is cultivated according to the biodynamic technique, a form of alternative agriculture which emphasizes the use of manures and composts and excludes the use of artificial chemicals on soil and plants. Furthermore this approach includes its treatment of animals, crops, and soil as a single system.

Then you will be guided to the tour of the cellar, in the fermentation and ageing (barrel) departments with the explanation of the processing method adopted. Following you will taste different types of wine produced, coupled with some typical products.
