Not only a taste for lunch of the delicious typical products but an authentic sensory experience. Starting from the location “Sapori di Fammera”, a farm that tastes like life and tradition: from the animals grazing freely in the valleys to the cheese produced following the traditional techniques.
THIS TRIP INCLUDES
The shepherds will greet you into the farm to meet the beautiful goats, calves, horses freely grazing in the Auruncy valleys. A once in a lifetime experience for young and old. After the visit to the animals you will visit the laboratory where the famous “Marzolina di Esperia” cheese is produced.
Following you will be accompanied to the dining room, a fascinating room made of stones where the lunch will take place: cold cuts, olives, cheese, vegetables from the garden, home made pasta and bread accompanied by some delicious local wine.
