Pasta is a well-known symbol of the Italian cuisine and during this lesson you will be thought by a professional chef how to make it according to tradition.

Guests will be welcomed in a beautiful Italian Palazzo, an old residence dating back to the 700 in the historic center of Arce, on the south western slopes of the Rocca d’Arce mountain.

The professional chef will walk you through the steps for making perfect pasta every time. Enjoy some quality time as you practice rolling out pasta, then cutting, hand forming and cooking it.
After the cooking class, you will enjoy a generous taste of the pasta prepared during the lesson.
