The art of baking bread is an Italian tradition that fascinates the world.

Your trip will start with the visit of an old mill (upon request) in the Comino Valley, where the flour is prepared following the most ancient tradition.

It is not surprising that famous English poet D.H. Lawrence penned one of his most famous novels “The Lost girl” while living in this beautiful area.

Following, you will reach a marvelous restaurant where the chef will show you the different steps in the preparation of bread: the fresh yeast, the dough, the various shapes of bread and the cooking times.

While waiting for the bread to rise, you will kill the time tasting for lunch the specialties and typical products of the farm, together with some delicious wine.

Following, the second part of the cooking class will start, since you will now able to put the bread into the hoven. Now you will only have to wait for the bread to be ready and enjoy its wonderful smell.
