Join our coooking class to learn how to make the real homemade pasta..  starting from the visit to the market till the lunch with our chef

Cooking is your passion but you still don’t know how to prepare the typical Italian homemade pasta? Well, this is your chance to learn!

THIS TRIP INCLUDES

Your trip will start in the early morning at the historic market of Atina, where you will choose fresh and seasonal produce. While walking through the stalls, take a change to buy the local products of a territory rich in quality in tradition.

Following, you will reach the beautiful village of Picinisco, where the poet Lawrence himself spent some tim, in early 1900’s. It is not surprising that poet penned one of his most famous novels “The Lost girl” while living in this beautiful area.

In the restaurant base here, the chef will teach you to prepare homemade pasta, according to the longest Italian tradition. At the end of the cooking lesson, you will have the chance to taste for lunch the specialties you prepared, together with typical products of the farm and some delicious local wine.
